Coconut oil issues – Candida relief

Coconut oil has a very distinc taste and not everyone likes its taste and smell.
I have had some difficulty getting the coconut oil down.
I have found two helps:
1) IMP> Always start small when introducing a new product. Put one miniscule drop of Stevia on top of the oil in a spoon, wait a moment and then try – it does help, really ! Make sure you can tolerate Stevia.
2) Drop a small ‘squish’ of lemon or lime juice on top of the oil before taking it. That too, works, honest ! Try it, you may like it, it does work for me.
Some people are using organic expeller pressed coconut oil. It has no coconut taste.
Unfortunately, that coconut oil is refined and deoderized.
You should be using the correct coconut oil, which must be unrefined, non-hydrogenated, unbleached, undeodorized
There are other ways to use coconut oil - try to hide the taste of it in cooking. I put it in my Swiss Water-process decaf coffee. I also put it in spicy food like spaghetti sauce, chili, garlic sauce, curry sauce, etc. And I’ve put it in decaf Chai tea a few times too. There are also many recipes that have coconut oil, including custard, flan, and fake pumpkin pie.
