Baking powder – how to choose? Candida Diet
Q: With Baking Powder the ingredients are Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Calcium Sulphate.
I’m not too knowledgable about what is ‘non-aluminum’. But are these ingredient ok to use?
A: I think it is important, which ever brand you use, to make sure they don’t use aluminum in any way, shape, or form. However, I would call the company.
It should say “aluminum free” on the package. That is your safest best bet – ensure you buy aluminum-free.
